RUSSIAN DISCIPLINE
ENFORCEMENT OF LABOUR. (Rec. noon) MOSCOW, Aug. 23. Soviet workers were warned in an article in the newspaper Izvestia that measures introduced in the war to enforce labour discipline would be continued. The paper said absenteeism, lateness and leaving jobs without permission must be prevented. All men and women breaking the labour discipline must be handed over for trial.
