BOMBAY TERRORISM
(Rec. 11.10 a.m.) POONA, Aug. 23. The Bombay Government has arrested more than 300 men and declared seven organisations illegal following a reign of terror in the Satra district. The terrorists tortured at least 12U villagers, policemen and Government officials. They have been operating lor two years. Some of the victims had horseshoes nailed to their feet and arms and legs were cut off.
