"QUIET WEDDING"
The furnishings chosen for "Quiet Wedding ' suggest the right background and help to create the correct atmosphere for a delightful English plav. When the curtain rises a simple homely room is disclosed, typical of many countrv houses. Carved straight-backed chairs and other turmturc are in dark wood which stands out well against the light walls. For a short tune in Act II the scene is changed to the new flat which is the future home of the bridal couple. Here a more modern nolo w struck.
