INTER-SCHOOL GAMES
On Saturday the Manawatu primary _ school representative Rugby team journeyed to Dannevirke to play the Southern Hawke's Bay team, the visitors winning by 8 points to 3. For Manawatu, Spark scored two tries and J. Sullivan converted one. Two Palnierstoii North Intermediate School basketball teams played the Dannevirke primary school representatives. The Palmerston North A team was beaten by 16 goals to 15 and the B team by 12 goals to 11. The Manawatu primary school representative team to play Horowhenua next Saturday in Palmerston North, will be as follows (I, Intermediate; M., Marist; F., Feilding; G. 0., Glen Oroua) :—McDonnell (I.), J.
