NO LONGER NEUTRAL
LUXEMBOURG'S POLICY. (Rec. 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 22. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has announced that it is giving up its policy of neutrality guaranteed in the Treaty of London of 1897 and is "ready to undertake all obligations arising from the' new situation." Reuter's diplomatic correspondent says that Luxembourg's decision is ;» nimbly the result of von Rundstedfs advance.
