London.—The first court mart's! in liberated Belgium was held in the Palace of Justice, the domo of which is blackened and scarred by the Germans' attempt to set fire to the building, says Reuter's Brussels correspondent Two Belgians who drove lorries for the Germans during the war were sentenced to 20 years', hard labour. A Flemish ' guard who , guarded bridges for the Germans was sentenced to 15 years'.
