Montevideo—Two Argentine civilians were arrested to-day on charges of distributing pro-Nazi and anti-American propaganda, imported from Argentina.. The Associated Press of Amoiica says that the arrests led to the discovery of a widespread anti-Allied propaganda ring in Uruguay.
