MAGISTRATE’S COURT
In the Magistrate's Court, to-day, before Messrs J. T. Bosworth and W. G. Ashworth, J.P.’s, I. F .Hirst, a soldier pleaded guilty to assaulting J. 1 owcll, of Main- Street, and was fined 15. K \f Clark, a motor-driver, was charged with being in ehurge of a motor-car while intoxicated in Rangitikci Street. He was remanded until January 13, bail being allowed.
