Groat agitation seems to reign in the Balkans, especially in •Rumania, caused by the fear that Germany, while running to help the Italians in North Africa, may leave her satellites in the lurch in Russia. Reporting this, the Telegraph’s Ankara correspondent says that the increased nervousness seems to have coincided with the meeting of Hitler and Ciano.
