(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 8. Appreciation has been voiced by the Dominion executive of the N.Z.R.S.A. of the decision of the Rationing Controller (Mr Thomas) to approve of the issue of additional clothing coupons to all persons suffering disabilities whereby appliances arc required to be worn, thereby causing increased wear and tear on clothing.
