ALLEGED AGITATORS
BUGBY, Oct. 4. The Daily Express says that the three alleged agitators who have been detained hy the Government of Northern Bhodesia are the New Zea-land-born Mr F. S. Maybank, who is general secretary of the Rhodesian Mine "Workers’ Union, Mr C. S. Maeycr, vice-chairman of the union branch, and Mr J. P. Theynissen, a mine worker. Maybank went to tho mines in 1939. He participated in the Europeans’ strike in 1940 when the Africans also struck and riots occurred.- —Official "Wireless.
