Tho greatness'of General Smuts, as man, soldier, and statesman, ’was the subject of an address given to the Citizens’ Lunch Club by Mr J, C. Young. The chairman (Mr A. V. Pizzcy) proposed a vote of thanks to Mr Young for an interesting, and informative discourse.
