The High School Old Pupils’ Association has sent a cablegram to Sergeant Keith Elliott, V.C., congratulating him on his distinction. It is recalled that the V.C. winner was fare welled at Feilding by the Patriotic Society, and was the recipient of the usual presentation. Mr Elliott, the recipient’s father, who is naturally thrilled with the news of his son, left Cheltenham this morning fw Mangamaire. Friends and schoolmates' of Sergeant Elliott all agree that he is of the type one would expect to win distinction.
