(1.30 pm.) NEW DELHI., Mar. 25. The President of the Indian National Congress (Abul Azad) looked very grave after an interview with Sir Stafford Cripps this morning. He later called a meeting on the Congress working committee to be held in New Delhi on April 1. Mr Jinnah, the Moslem leader, who succeeded Abul Azad, came out smiling after his talk with Sir Stafford Cripps. He stated the British proposals would be placed before the working committee _of the Moslem League on March 2".
