DUST STORMS IN DESERT
(Rec. 11.0 a.m.) RUGBY, March 25. Dust storms over the whole tront restricted activity yesterday, states a Cairo headquarters communique.. An lt.A.l'. Middle Bast communique states that targets at Salamis and Piraeus (in Greece) and Heraklion and Tympaki (in Crete) were raided by our bombers on Monday night. Jn dyrenaica objectives at Benghazi and in the Marluba-Tminii area were also attacked. . It is learned in London that a regimental order oE. the 155th lorried inI antry regiment of Rommel's army in Libya has been captured. The document, dated December 15, states: “For this reconnaissance, as indeed for every desert reconnaissance, only captured English trucks are to be employed since German trucks stick in the sand too often.” Another paragraph states: “Vehicles arc to be distributed as follows: All captured motor transport to fighting companies tor the transport of personnel; all Gorman trucks to be echelon transport.”—Official Wireless.
