Owing to more heavy rain in Ihc water shed the Manawatu River has again risen, being 3ft 3in higher than at noon yester dav.
The rainfall recorded at the West End for the 24 hours ending 9.30 a.m. on March 26 was 11 points. The total for the month to date is 3.95 in.
