CENTRAL SCHOOL TRENCHES
The provision of slit trenches ior the children of the Central School lias been causing the committee some concern. Ordinary labour to do the work is not available, nor is the V> aiiganm Education Board and the Public Works Department able to provide any manpower. In view of the necessity to liave the trenches dug, the committee is appealing to parents and residents, including vuiitiib, to H bibt in tlie at the school next Saturday. It wilt commence at S a.m. and those unable to report at that hour are requested to do so as early as possible. hose willing to assist are asked to bring either” a spade, a .shovel, or a pick.
