VALUES FIRM. At the Feilding stock sale yesterday the market for fat sheep was strung and values appreciated by 2s a head all round, while in the breeding ewe seetion the tone, was bright and bidding free, with values fully firm on late quotations. Fat cattle sold well and bullocks made up to £l3. There was little offering in the station cattle section of the store cattle, and odd lines of bullocks were disposed of, but several pons of poor quality steers were passed in. The dairy market was again well represented and values were maintained at late rates. Additional sales are:— Store Cattle. —Heifers, £3 Is, steers, £1 ss, bullocks, £6, £9.
