REGISTRATION ORDER. (Press Assn.) WELLINGTON. July 23 Air Semple stated to-day that some hundreds of workers in the cheese manufacturing industry had not yet fulfilled their obligations under the cheese industry (registration of employment) order whereby men engaged in that industry, as well as those who at any time since July 1, 1936, had been employed continuously in the industry for three months or more, were required to register by July 14. He urged those eligiblo to register to do so immediately. The order also required cheese fae- , tories to register and supply certain information to enable provision to be made to meet the labour requirements of the industry for the coming season. The Arinister said that here again only a small number of registrations had been effected within the time limit and emphasised the necessity for early registration.
