AMERICAN DELIVERIES. NEAV YORK, July 21. The AVashington correspondent of the Associated Press of America says that the gain during the first six months of 1941 in the output of combat planes has been far greater than is indicated by the announced increases in the manufacture of all tyjK-s of aircraft. Two-engined bombers gained 92 per cent., one-engined dive and torpedo bomliers 146 per cent, and pursuit, ol>servation, and other military aircraft 142 per cent,
