Captain and Mrs F. I). Ilotcn are on holiday at Waitarerc. Air and Alls J. Bcaglcy arc visitors to Napier. On Saturday Air and Airs A. E. Dickens, of Papaiawa, received official advice that their son, Private Allan Dickens, is missing. Private Dickens, who tailed with the Second Echelon, had written to his parents from Crete betore tho invasion. Private Ben Saunders, who enlisted from Kuincroa and aiso sailed with tho Second Echelon, is also reported missing. Tho Homo Guard manoeuvres arranged for next Saturday will centre on the Tu AJatai James Line locality. Woodville, Ashhurst, Bunnythorpe, Wliukarongo, Aokautero and Kelvin Grove units will be engaged. C'o.oncl Closey, M.C., V.D., will be in command.
