GOSPEL ADDRESS.
Mr E. J. Salisbury, from Upper Ilutt, addressed a meeting in the Salvation Army Hall on Sunday afternoon. After his opening remarks and reading Psalm 107. the address was given under three headings: (1) The world’s need of light; (2) our nation's need of a return to God; (3) the need of every individual. Christ alone could meet all those needs, the preacher said; sin was a universal principle and could only be removed by the Lamb of God. (St. John, 1-29.)
