Undefended divorce actions were heard in the Supreme "Court yesterday bv His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers). Ellen Gladys Mabel Gaudin, of Auckland, on the grounds of mutual separation. Minnie Sophia Pice, of Palmerston North (Mr T. M. N. Rodgers) v. Sydney John Riee, labourer, of Stratford (Mr X. 11. Mo=sl on the mound of mutual separation Joseph Robert Russell, labourer, of Palmerston North (Mr J. A. Grant) v. Ellen Elizabeth Russell, of Palmerston North, on the ground of separation, under an order of the Magistrate's Court. Harold Pari Ellis, apiarist, of Palmerston North (Mr L. Laurenson) v. Lydia Dorothy Ellis, of Wanganui, on the " ground of non-compliance with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights. Herbert Christian Olsen, labourer, of Poncraroa and formerly of Levin (Mr Laurenson) v. Betty Alexandra Olsen. •of Auckland. John Joseph Ryan, of Auckland, beirg named as co-respondent. Hoy Wilton, automobile association patrol, of Fcilding (Mr D. C. Cu'dmane) v. Irene Muriel Wilton, of Palmerston North. for an order for the restitution of coniugal rights, which was granted. Hie order To bo complied with within 21 days. \ defended action for the restitution of conjugal rights was also heard, pctitioner heing Clvde George Gibson, labourer o Palmerston North (Mr A. M. Ongley). and respondent Zona Ethel Gibson, of Stratford (Mr N. H. Moss). After evidence had been heard from both parties the petition was granted. ._^_^__
