NAZI OFFICER KILLED
(Rec. 12.45 p.m.) RUGBY, July 17. Moscow reports that Major-Gcneral Otto Lancelle has been killed on the Eastern Front. Lancelle was a foundation member of the Stahlhelm and led the military group in the Munich "putsch," but he left the Stahlhelm in 1924 and joined the Nazi Party. He soon attained a high rank in the Storm Troopers and was promoted major-general on the outbreak of the war with Poland.—Official Wireless.
