ORAL WILL LEGAL.
(Rcc. 11.35 a.m.) LONDON. Julv 16. In the Probate Court a Judge decided that a soldier’s oral will is legal. The Judge granted letters of administration to the wife of a soldier who died of injuries in an air raid in England. Evidence was given that the soldier told his comrade: “I wish my wife to have all I’ve got in case I get killed.”
