TERRITORIAL TRAINING. Reserved decisions in Iho appeals of the following ballolecs were delivered by No. f» Man-Rower Committee yesterday afternoon : —David Henry Rutherford, farmer, appeal dismissed conditionally on his not being called up for service prior to September 30, 1941. Philip Richmond Whisker, udjournod sine die. the obligation of service imposed by the regulations boiug suspended during tho period of adjournment. James Norman Barlow, up- j peal dismissed conditional on nis not being railed up for service prior to Seplembei 30. 1841. Emergency Hospital Likely. Representatives from the Palmerston Nortli Hospital Board —Mr J. H. North (medical superintendent), M'.ss . Banks (matron), and Mr A. J. Phil-j lipps (secretary-manager) conferred with, representatives of tho local ifi.P.'S. organisation regarding medical ! and hospital facilities in Poilding. As a result of the discussion, it appears almost certain that an emergency hospital will be established in Feilding, it was subsequently learned.
