WELLINGTON, July 10 The Postmaster-General (Mr Webb) regrets to announce that a small mail consisting of one bag of letters from Britain, and sent by surface mail across the Atlantic and by air mail across the Pacific, has been lost through enemy action. The approximate dates of posting were April 30 and May 1. I
