PREMIER'S TOUR.

(Rec. 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, July 11. Mr Eraser on his visit to Plymouth attended a Church parade of 1000 ratings, including 157' New Zealanders. Afterwards he took the salute at u march past and addressed the New Zealanders, shaking hands with each. He also met seven New Zealand members of the R.A.F., including; SquadronLeader Blake, D.F.C He inspected the naval docks and met Admiralty Inspector G. Lark, a brother of the New Zealand M.L.C. The Royal Marines Band played the compositions "Haere Ra" and "Dunedin" which Band-Major F. J. Ricketts composed when visiting the Dunedin Exhibition. Mr Eraser, Mr Jordan, and Mr Berendsen lunched with Admiral Sir Charles Forbes before proceeding to Bristol, where he dined with the # , Lord Mayor and inspected the bombed areas.
