An hilarious comody, the story deals with the amazing plight of a man who, through an accidental bump on t.hc head, suddenly recovers from an attack of amnesia of eight-year duration.' To his litter confusion, !io discovers that during tho past eight years he has acquired a charming wife who is about to divorce him, a spotless reputation as the leading citizen and civic leader of a town called llabersvillc, a bank account and a new personality.
