Members ol the board expressed the hope that Mr and Mrs Spencer would soon he*;r inoj'e cheering news. Pilot-Ofliccr Douglas Robert Bagnall, who lias been awarded the D.l ( .G., is a son of Mrs I. Bagnall, of Wellington and previously of Palmerston North.. His father, the late Mr I). lb Bagnall. died in Hamilton several years ago. His grandmother is Mrs Isobella Sharpe, of Palmerston North.
