R.S.A. MEMBERSHIP.
WELLINGTON, May 31. The development of home service units during the present,, war led to conditions of membership of the R.S.A. being discussed at the New Zealand It.S.A. conference, and the Dominion executive was asked to go into the question during the coming year, it was pointed out that men who were kept in New Zealand were not eligible "for membership, while those who were invalided home without serving in the field could join the association, and it was also suggested that those who served in the Home Guard in Britain would have claims on the right of membership if they came to New Zealand.
