NAZI CONCENTRATIONS
UN RUSSIAN FRONTIERS. ' NEW YORK, .May 29. Germany continues to withdraw troops from the Balkans-and to concentrate a formidable army on the Russiau-Polish and Russian-Rumanian borders, says the New York Times’s correspondent at Ankara. The -Panzer divisions used against Greece arc being sent through the Siret Valley across Slovakia to Poland. It is reliably reported that the concentrations against Russia are only precautionary in spite of the Rumanian lielicf that a thrust against the Ukraine is likely this year.
