Glasgow (Waihi), Lance-Corporal 11. O. Larsen and Privates L. A. Gribble (Auckland), B. Misscn (Te Awamutu), G. S. McKay ( Featlicrston). D. W. Curtis (Christchurch) ami Driver J. F. Ncsbit (Dunedin).
