POLLING TO-DAY. GOOD TOTAL” EXPECTED. Throughout the city this morning polling m the local body elections was proceeding at a steady rate. 'The de-puty-returning officers were kept busy and the use to which the extra booths were put—there being 16 more than at the last local body elections —prhved that they were required.
