PUBLIC NOTICE is - hereby given that it is the intention of the Kairanga County Council, at ils ordinary monthly meeting to he held on the 10th June, 1941. to make and levy under the provisions of “The Rating Act, 1925.” and Sections 120 and 12L of “The Counties Act. 1920,” and respective amendments, the rates hereinafter specified on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property m each Riding of tbe County of Kairanga, that is to say: GENERAL RATES. In the TAONUI RIDING a General Rate of 53-lOOths of a penny in the pound (£). In the MANGA ONE RIDING a General Rate of 06-100tlis of a penny in the pound (£). In the P'JTZHERBERT RIDING a General Rate of Id and 1 -20Lh of a penny in the pound (.£). HOSPITAL RATE.
