(9.35 a.m.) AVASHINGTON, Alareh 24. In the House of Representatives Republicans sought to-day to defeat President Roosevelt’s plan to establish the Office of 'Government Reports as a permanent agency. 'The Republicans claim it is possible to use it as a weapon of censorship. The Bill comes before the House to-morrow.
