FRENCH CONVOY PASSES.
(Rec. 1.20 p.m.) HOME, March 24. Ihe Stefani Agency says a convoy of large Drench ships, escorted by destroyers, passed through the Straits of Gibraltar yesterday, headed for the .South Atlantic. The British did not try to interfere.
