COLD AND CHANGEABLE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Oct. 25. A disturbance with its centre to the south-east is crossing New Zealand, pressure being relatively high to the north and west. The forecast is for strong but gradually decreasing southwesterly winds. The weather' will be cold, changeable, and showery with some snow on the ranges, but improving during to-night from the south; seas rough.
