(Rec. 2 p.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 23. No official comment has been made here on the Berlin wireless report that Hitler, accompanied by von Ribbentrop, met General Franco, accompanied by Ills Minister for Foreign Affairs (Senor Suner) at a small station on the Spanish frontier.
