UNREST IN NORWAY.
LONDON, Oct. 22. The Daily Telegraph's Helsinki correspondent * says that the Norwegian police are helpless in the face of a growing revolt against Major Quisling ar.d his adherents. Demonstrators who are arrested are being tried in camera for fear of Court disturbances. Police are resorting to lightning flying squad raids in search of suspects.
