TEMPERATURES STILL COLD. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Oct. 9. A small intense anti-cyclone is centred cast of Otago, while depressions are located in the south Tasman Sea and the far north. Forecast.—Moderate to strong hut gradually decreasing south-easterly winds. Weather fair to fine west of the ranges, elsewhere changeable and showery, hut showers becoming less frequent from the south. 1 Temperatures Cold. Seas rough.
