DELHI CONFERENCE.
AUSTRALIAN DELEGATION. (Roc. 9 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Oct. 9. The Frinie Minister (Mr R. G. Menzies) has announced the personnel of the Australian delegation to the Delhi IJonference as follows : Sir Walter Massy-Greene, former Minister of Trade, 'as the leader ; Mr N. K. S. Brodribb, Assistant-Director General of Munitions Supply; Mr Thomas Donaldson, Director of Explosives Supply; Mr A. S. V. Smith, in charge of the equipment section of the Defence Department; and Mr J. L. Knott, secretary. Mr H. R. Gollan (Australian Trade Commissioner to India) will join the delegation at Delhi. ,
