JEWS AND ROTARY BANNED. ZURTOH, Oct. 4. It is reported from Berlin that a semi-official German trading company has purchased the greater part of Norway’s winter food stocks for immediate delivery to Germany, payment being in Reich credit certificates. Quisling has banned • Jewish doctors, lawyers, and civil servants. Jew-.ish-owned shops must be ciearly marked. Rotary Clubs have been closed and their property confiscated. All sports -and social clubs are under police ob"servation.
