LONDON, Oct. 5
General de l’Arminant. whom General de Gaulle appointed GovernorGeneral of French Equatorial Africa, said in a statement that the real terms of the Franco-German armistice had been hidden from the French people and provided that Alsace-Lorraine be immediately and unconditionally returned to Germany. He added that he possessed documents revealing that the Vichy Government had authorised Germans to flv to Dakar, where they commanded the operations against de Gaulle. ■ . A French radio message from Tunis states that General Weygand arrived in Dakar where he was enthusiastically received.
