Miss Joyce Orr, of Masterton, is visiting Mr and Mrs S. L. Orr, Sandon.
Mrs Herman Pearce, of Bulls, is visiting Auckland and Helensville. Mrs 0. Anderson, who has been on holiday in Palmerston North, lias returned to Morrinsville.
The death has occurred of Mrs Dorothy Lilian ltaveu, wife of Mr Prank Raven, of Napier, at the age of 49 years. Born in Liverpool, England, Mrs Raven came to New Zealand when 20 years of age, first living in Palmerston North and later moving to the Waikato," where she was married. Sho took up her residence in Napier some two years ago. In addition to her husband, 6he leaves a family of three, Mr Louis Raven, at present with the First Echelon in Egypt, and liis twin sister, Miss Nina Raven, and Miss Peggy Raven, a younger daughter.
