Herr Staiuiing (Premier of Denmark), in a speech in Parliament, said: “One task 'overshadows everything—securing Denmark’s independence and conserving the people’s liberty. Parliament is rallying to this cause tuid will do the job.” The skeleton found on Sunday evening in a clump of ti-tree on the slopes overlooking Duck Bay, on tho Onehunga side of Blockhouse Bay, is believed to be that of Mr Jeffrey Cope, aged 49, a labourer, formerly of 46 Kitchener Road, Sandringham, who has been missing from his home since September 23, 1939.
