HARBOUR COLLISION.
COURT’S FINDING.
(Rec. 9.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 3. The Commonwealth Court of Marine Inquiry lias lound luat the harbour collision on September 23 between a freighter and the tug Hero,' resulting in the latter being sunk and an engineer drowned, was due to an error of judgment on the part of the .tijgmaster, Osborne Weldon, in keeping too close to the freighter, but he could not be said to be guilty of negligence. Efforts are now being made to raise the tug, which lies in 130 ft of water.
