Sir, —In order -that any misunderstanding may l>e prevented, may I ask that you publish this letter correcting the report' of the meeting of choirmasters held on Tuesday evening in connection with the production of Handel’s “The Messiah.” A portion of the report should have read : “It may be possible to engage the soloists who i will be assisting in the Wellington SoIciety’s production of the oratorio,” and not as stated in the report, “it might be possible to have the Wellington performance repeated in Palmerston North.”—l mil. etc..'
