Per Press Association AUCKLAND,' Sept. 6. ‘ I am looking forward to serving again under the British Flag,” said Colonel AY. Alex Ebbs, the new chief secretary of the Salvation Army in New Zealand, who arrived to-day from America, accompanied by his wife. “It is 21 years since I left England for the Continent, and it will be a novel experience after almost a lifetime in foreign countries to be again a resident of the British Empire,” he said.
