CRIPPLING ENEMY

BRITISH AIR ATTACKS. GERMANY AND ITALY. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (British Official Wireless.) Received August 26, 11.10 a.m. RUGBY, Aug-. 25. An Air Ministry communique states: Tfie R.A.F. last night attacked military objectives in South-West German towns, including Erankfurt, Ludwig-shaven and Stuttgart. Many aerodromes in Erance, Belgium, Holland and Germany were attacked, including those at Plovescat, Dinard, Le Crotoy, Yierzon, Elushing, Haalem and Darmstadt. Two of our aircraft are missing.

Military objectives in Italy, including targets at Milan and Sesto Calende (north-west of Milan), were also bombed. , All our aircraft returned safely from the Italian operations.
